Happiness is our inner capacity to meet life with a radically open and present heart. Once heart opens more fully you experience a profound shift in your well-being and your capacity to experience love, joy and a deeper connection with life and others.


This meditation practice offers you tools to digest your life, stress, difficult emotions, conflicts or inner hurts in a gentle way by helping you cultivate inner resources of presence, attunement and creativity. The practice supports you in cultivating a deep self-awareness, an inner witnessing presence to be able to truly attune to yourself and your experience. In the process you are able to connect to yourself in a true, deep and healing way while harmonizing your inner state of your body, mind and heart.

In this healing meditation we are attending places in ourselves that are still seeking for deeper harmony, aliveness and healing. Through the pathway of our heart presence we include what has been excluded, we welcome what has been difficult, we embrace what has been painful until everything in us remembers our original inherent wholeness.
