This is an invitation for every woman to come home to herself and to nourish her essence.

In this workshop we will dialog with our bodies in a deep essential way through movement, breath and expression. We will tend to the heart, honor its living dream and set an intention. We will meet ourselves and each other in a deep meaningful way to inspire our authentic self to be free and alive.

We will open our bodies, revive our heart’s vital energy, clear old energies of grievance or trauma, while re-kindling our wild feminine spirit and the radiant woman within. 

There is a deep well of power, love and intuitive knowing in a woman’s body, often untapped and forgotten through conditioning. Her body is every woman’s direct connection to the source, to the earth’s healing energies and to her inherent creative power. It is a catalyst into the primordial feminine remembering where profound healing and transformation are possible.

Through the healing practices we will engage in we will enter a deeper conversation of our hearts that is vital and alive, and that opens us into deeper connection with our spiritual powers as women.
